Magic Moments

IT’S CHRISTMAS! Well almost. Last month we saw the start of the snow welcoming the Christmas season and who knows we may have a white Christmas in the UK yet. But when you get snow you make the most of the opportunity to make a snow angel. Heading out just before bed I lay in the crisp fresh snow and was dry, warm and snuggled up in bed feeling festive.

The Christmas season for many of us now spans the whole of December. A time when festive foods are bought by the trolly loads and never in short supply – we hope. Decorations light and brighten up our homes, towns and city centres. Work nights out. Friends and family festive celebrations and traditions.

In the past few years coronavirus has disturbed our festive plans. But this December, Christmas is on the cards with no restrictions on family social gatherings, people are enjoying festivities with loved ones. My own diary is filling up with social activities.

However, whether you are writing Christmas cards, wrapping presents, enjoying a Christmas movie or a meet up with friends, slow it down cherish the moment and make the most of the small things we have.
